To create a web store

Go to the Setup menu and select Web Store. The Web Store Setup window appears.

Click the Learn More button to bring you to the selected host website to create a store.
To link your web store with AccountEdge

Go to the Setup menu and select Web Store. The Web Store Setup window appears.

Click Link Web Store to link your Shopify web store account to your company file.
To process your web orders

Go to your Sales command centre and click Process Web Orders or click Sales Register and select the All Sales tab then click Process Web Orders. If you have locations selected a Select Required Fields window will appear.

Click Shopify Log to view details of the process, including details for warnings or failures. The latest Shopify log located in the Documents folder will display.

Click OK to close the window.

When the Track Inventory In: Shopify is selected this will also be selected in the Inventory Policy>Shopify tracks this product inventory located in the Products>Inventory & Variants setting in Shopify the next time you sync.
To begin tracking inventory for Shopify

Go to the Inventory command centre and click Items List. The Items List window will appear.

Select the item and click Edit. The Item Information window appears.

Click on the Locations tab.

Select the Shopify option to Track Inventory in your web store. The Available and Target fields become available. The available field indicates the quantity that is available for Shopify.

Enter in the Target field the amount of items to be synced to your Shopify web store and will be displayed in Shopify’s Edit Variant>Quantity field.
