Viewing prior year payroll reports

If you selected the Keep Paychecks from Prior Fiscal Years option when you started a new fiscal year, the following reports can be used to view prior year payroll details.

▪	Payroll Register Summary

▪	Payroll Register Detail

▪	Payroll Summary

▪	Accrual Balance Summary

▪	Accrual Balance Detail

Note that you can only view historical details in these reports for the fiscal years you have selected to keep paychecks from.
