Note that every employee you are preparing forms P14 and P60 for using the End of Year Tax Forms Assistant is required to have a first name or initial entered in the First Name field in the Profile view of the Card Information window.
If you want to print a P14 and P60 for a specific employee, select this option and enter or select the employee in the adjacent field.
Select an identifier if you want to filter the employee list to include only employees that are assigned the specified identifiers (as well as all other criteria you have entered).
Custom List No. 1, No. 2, No. 3
Select an entry from any or all of your custom lists to filter the list of employees. Only employees who match these custom list selections (as well as all other criteria you have entered) will be listed in the Review P14s & P60s Before Printing window.
Select the form layout you want to use to print your P14s and P60s. You can use one of the following standard form layouts or you can use a custom layout. Note that forms that don’t meet government requirements will not be accepted.

BSD FORMAT CONTINUOUS FEED P14/P60S: Select this option if you want to print your P14s and P60s on connected pages of forms.

BSD FORMAT LASER P14/P60S: Select this option if your P14s and P60s are to be printed on standard-sized sheets of paper using a laser printer. More than one document may be printed on each page.

Click to print a sample P14/P60 form to check that the P14/P60 forms in your printer are positioned correctly. If the forms are positioned incorrectly, adjust them and then print another alignment form. You can print as many alignment forms as you need.
Customise
Click to display the Customise P14/P60s window, where you can customise the appearance of your P14/P60 forms. Note that forms that don’t meet government requirements will not be accepted.
Click to save your changes. The Review P14s & P60s Forms Before Printing window reappears.
