Keep track of your mileage rates by creating a list of standard mileage rates. You can assign an effective date to help keep current with the IRS changes.

To create a list of standard mileage rates

Go to the Lists menu and select Mileage Rates from the menu. The Standard Mileage Rates window appears.

Click New. The Standard Mileage Rate Information window appears.

Enter the Effective Date and Rate per Mile.
