To send an email message to a contact

In the Card Information window, display the Profile view for the contact to which you want to send an email message.

In the Profile tab, select the address location in the Location field.

Click the Action menu and choose Send Email or click the Email icon. The Email window appears.

The Email Address field displays the name and email address from the card. You can change these if you wish.
To send an email message to a contact

Go to the Card File command center and click Cards List. The Cards List window appears.

Click the Action menu and choose Send Email or click the Email icon. The Email window appears.

Enter a message and click Send. The email is sent to your default email program’s outbox. Send the file from your email program as you normally do.
To access a contact’s website

In the Card Information window, display the Profile view of the contact.

If a website is listed in the Website field, click Website.
To access a contact’s website

In the Card List window, select the card whose website you want to view.

Click the Action menu and choose View Website. Your contact’s website will appear in your web browser.
To view a contact’s location on a map

In the Card List window, select the card whose location you want to view.

Click the Action menu and choose View Google Maps™ or View Directions. Your web browser window will appear, displaying a map of the selected location. If you chose View Directions, the map shows the contact’s location in relation to your business’ primary location.
