Process Payroll Assistant—Select Employees to Pay
Select the payment date.
You can also use the Process Payroll Assistant to pay Special Pay payments to employees and pay leave in advance
Field Descriptions
Process all employees paid. Select this option if you want to process pay for a group of employees, then select the pay frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.) in the adjacent field.
Process individual employee. Select this option if you want to pay one employee, then select the name of the employee in the adjacent field.
Payment Date
Enter the date of the payment . This will appear on each employee’s payment details.
If you use timesheets to pay some employees, the timesheets for the selected period appear in this section of the window. Select or deselect them for inclusion in the pay run by clicking in the select column next to them.
Activity slips for which you’ve selected the Include Hours on Timesheet option, are also included in the list.
