Print Preview window

This window displays a preview of your forms as they will appear when you print them. You can preview forms on any of the available stationery, including your customized forms.

If you clicked the print preview icon while you are customizing a form, the Print Preview window will appear displaying sample data on the form. If you chose to preview a form from a transaction window, the transaction data appears.

If you want to, you can print the displayed form by clicking Print in the Print Preview window.

Field Descriptions

Page Setup

Click to open your computer’s Page Setup window, where you can set your printing preferences.

Zoom

Enter a figure between 10 and 500 to enlarge or reduce the size of your preview. The preview is displayed automatically at 75 percent of the printed form’s size.

Close

Click to close the window.
