Purge Reminder Logs window—Back up your company file

This step of the Purge Reminder Logs process enables you to make a backup of your company file. You should always make a backup prior to purging information from your company file.

Field Descriptions

Back Up

If you want to make a backup of your company file before purging, click Back Up.

Cancel

If you don’t want to purge any log entries, click Cancel.

Continue

If you want to go to the next step in the Purge Reminder Logs process, click Continue.
