Purge Closed Bills window—Back up data

This step of the Purge Closed Bills process enables you to make a backup of your company file. You should always make a backup prior to purging information from your company file.

Field Descriptions

Back Up

If you want to make a backup of your company file, click Back Up.

Cancel

If you don’t want to purge any closed bills, click Cancel.

Continue

If you want to continue with the purging process, click Continue.
