Purge Journal Entries window—Select transaction typesIn this step of the Purge Journal Entries process, you need to specify which transaction types you don’t want to purge. If you use the features referred to in this window you should choose to keep the related journal entries.If you use the Undeposited Funds feature, select this option. This will ensure that your undeposited funds do not get purged.If you pay employees using the Payroll features of your software, select this option. This will ensure that the amounts accrued from your employees’ wages (deductions, employer expenses and payroll tax) do not get purged if they have not been paid yet.
