Field Descriptions
If you specify printing multiple copies using this field, all copies of the first form will be printed before the second form starts to print, and so on. If you specify multiple copies using the Print dialog box, a single copy of every form will be printed, followed by a second copy of each form, and so on, until all copies of every form have been printed.
This column is used to select which T4s are to be included on the T4 Summary form. Click in the column to select or deselect a form to be printed. Click the icon at the column to select or deselect all forms in the list.
The list displays the names and Social Insurance Numbers of your employees. To display the T4 Employee Information window to view of change information that will appear on an employee’s T4 form, click the zoom arrow next to the employee’s name.
