The options available in this window vary depending on whether you have accessed it from the Print/Email Invoices function in the Sales command centre or by clicking Print Mailing Labels in the Cards command centre.
■ the Sales command centre, the field label is Card Type. Select the card type for which you want to print mailing labels—Customer, Vendor, Employee, Personal or All.
■ the Cards command centre, the field label is Sales Type. Select the sales form layout for which you want to print labels—Service, Item, Time Billing or Professional. The following information assumes you have selected one of the Label options in the list.
■ the Sales command centre, the field label is Copies of Each Selected Label. If you want to print multiple copies of the mailing labels for each sale, enter the number of copies in this field.
■ the Cards command centre, the field label is Mailing Labels Per Card. If you want to print multiple copies of the mailing labels for each card, enter the number of copies in this field.

■ the Sales command centre, this list displays the sales for which you can print labels, including the amounts remaining to be paid on the sales.
■ the Card File command centre, this list displays the names of the cards for whom you can print labels and their outstanding balances, if applicable.
