Advanced Filters window—Print/Email Invoices
Field Descriptions
If you want to print or email forms that have a specific sales status (Open, Credit, Closed, All Invoices, Orders, or Quotes), select the appropriate option from the list. If you want to print or email forms for any type of sale, select All Sales.
All Customers. If you want to print or email sales for several customers, select this option.
Selected. If you want to print or email a sale for a specific customer, select this option and then select the customer from the list.
Select the form template you want to use for the sales, packing slips or shipping labels (depending upon your selection in the Sale Type field). You can choose one of the following standard form layouts or customize them to suit your requirements:
Pre-Printed Invoice: Select this template if you want to print sales on paper that already has lines preprinted on it. When you print the sale, only the sale information will be printed. This option is not suitable if you will be emailing the invoices.
AccountEdge's Plain Paper Invoice: Select this template if you want to print sales on paper that does not have lines printed on it. When you print the sale, the lines will be printed along with the sale information.
AccountEdge's Plain Paper Packing Slip: Select this template if you want to print packing slips on paper that does not have lines printed on it. When you print the packing slips, lines will be printed with the sale information.
Pre-Printed Packing Slip: Select this template if you want to print packing slips on paper that has lines preprinted on it. When you print the packing slips, only the sale information will be printed.
2.875” by 1” Labels: Select this template if you want to print labels of this size.
2.75” by 4.25” Labels: Select this template if you want to print labels of this size.
