The Select from List window enables you to look for and select a record from the list that is relevant to the field you are entering information into.This window appears when you click the search icon in a field, and when you type the name of a record that is not in the relevant list.If this field is available, type the first few letters or numbers of the record you are looking for, and the first matching record will be selected in the list.If you want to create a record by specifying its name only, type the name in the Look for field and then click Easy-Add. Later you can enter more information for the record.For example, if you want to create a sale for a new customer, but don’t have time to record all of their details in a card, type their name in the Look for field and then click Easy-Add. A card will be created for the customer, which you can complete with their other card details later.
