To Do List window—Purchases view

This view of the To Do List window lists all of your recurring purchases, sorted by the next due date.

Field Descriptions

Name column

This column displays the names you have given to the recurring purchases. If you want to record a purchase, click the zoom arrow next to the name.

Overdue column

This column displays the number of days that have passed since the purchase was due to be recorded (or the number of days until the purchase is due).

Frequency column

This column displays the frequency by which each recurring purchase on the list should be recorded.

Last Posted column

This column displays the dates you last recorded the recurring purchases.

Next Due column

This column displays the dates that each transaction in the list is due.

Select (to Record) column

If you want to record several recurring purchases using this window, click in this column next to those transactions and then click Record. If you want to select all purchases in the list, click the icon at the top of the column.

Print

If you want to print the To Do List—Recurring Purchases report, click Print.

Record

If you want to record the selected purchases, click Record. You will be prompted to enter a date for the transactions.

Close

If you want to close this window, click Close.
