Analyze Inventory window—Group by Location view

The Analyze Inventory window allows you to review the current status of your items and see item quantities on hand, on order and committed to customers.

Field Descriptions

Select how to display items

■	Group by Item. Click to display your items grouped by item number.

■	Group by Location. Click to display your items grouped according to locations.

■	Item Number. Click to display details of a single item. Enter or select an item in the adjacent field.

Item Number column

This column lists each item stored in each location.

Item Name column

This column displays the name of the item.

On Hand column

This column displays the current on-hand quantities of an item for each location.

Committed column

This column displays the quantities of an item that is recorded on current sales orders for each location.

On Order column

For each location, this column displays the quantities of items recorded on purchase orders, but not yet received from your vendors or not yet billed by your vendors.

Available column

This column displays the quantity of items available at each location.

Print

Click to print the Analyze Inventory Summary report.

Filters

Click to open the Analysis Selection window. You can choose the option to Include Zero Quantities when you view your items in this window and when you print the Analyze Inventory Summary report.

Close

Click to close this window.
