Analysis Selection window (Analyze Sales)

This Analysis Selection window enables you to choose how you want to analyze your sales information in the Analyze Sales window.

Field Descriptions

Select an analysis view

Select the information you want to appear in the Analyze Sales window:

■

This Year’s Actuals Only. If you want to view sales information for the current fiscal year, select this option.

■

Last Year’s Actuals Only. If you want to view sales information for the previous fiscal year, select this option.

■

This Year vs. Last Year ($). If you want to compare your current fiscal year’s sales activity with the previous fiscal year’s sales activity in dollars, select this option.

■

This Year vs. Last Year (%). If you want to compare your current fiscal year’s sales activity with the previous fiscal year’s sales activity on a percentage basis, select this option.

View sales activity by

■

All Items. If you want to view sales activity by item, select this option.

■

All Customers. If you want to view sales activity by customer, select this option.

■

All Salespeople. If you want to view sales activity by salesperson, select this option.

Selected Period

Select the months you want to analyze. To select one month, click the relevant month in the row. To select several consecutive months, drag your mouse cursor across the relevant months.

Cancel

Click to close this window without saving any changes.

OK

Click to save your selections and close this window.
