Use this window to link a picture file to an item or card record.If you want to link a picture file to the item or card record, click Link. The picture file that you link will be copied to the Graphics folder, which is located within the folder in which your company file is located.If you want to unlink a picture file from the item or card record, click Unlink. Note that the picture file that you unlink will remain in the Graphics folder until you delete it.
