The Settle Returns & Credits windows enables you to pay refunds to your customers. Before you can pay a refund you need to have created a credit sale for the amount.Type the check number that applies to this payment. If you are making a cash, EFTPOS or electronic payment, you may want to replace the number with letters or a word that describes the method.If you’ve entered a payment method in the Payment Method field, click Details to enter additional information about the payment.If you subscribe to the MYOB Merchant Account Service, and you want to authorize the payment, click Details to open the Applied Payment Details window.The name and Address 1 of the customer. If you want to use another address, click the search button to choose from the five addresses available for the card.Type a description of the transaction or accept the default description. This description appears on various reports and in the Cash Disbursements Journal.If you print and/or email payment notifications, select the delivery status of the payment notification for this transaction.This button displays the currency that is used for the transaction. Click the button to open the Exchange Rate window. This button appears only if you marked the I Deal in Multiple Currencies option in the System view of the Preferences window.
