Purge Item Movements window—Date Selection

Specify the month and year before which you want to purge item movements.

note : Purging item movements only erases historical details of the movement, such as the date of the move and the User ID of the person who recorded the move.

 

Field Descriptions

Purge Item Movements BEFORE

Select the month and the fiscal year before which item movement history will be purged. Do not include an accounting period that isn’t closed.

Click to close the Purge Item Movements window.

Continue

Click to continue the purge process.
