The Move Items window is for recording inventory movements between locations.
To move items, increase and decrease the amounts in the location columns. The total items held at each location must equal the On Hand amount and there should be no values showing in the
Out of Balance column.
When you’ve finished moving items, click Move Items to record the changes. The items are now assigned to their new locations. You can view the item movements you’ve made by printing the Item Movement report.
The On Hand column displays the total number of items at all locations.
