The Credit Limit and Hold window enables you to set a credit limit for a customer. If you also select the If Credit Limit is Exceeded on Invoice [Warn and Continue] or [Prevent Unless Overridden] option in the Sales view of the Preferences window, you will receive an alert message in the Sales window when the customer’s credit limit has been exceeded or will be exceeded as a result of recording the invoice.In this window, you can also place the customer on credit hold if you want to prevent any further sales from being recorded for the customer.
