Customize Forms window

The Customize Forms window enables you to select the form layout you want to customize. You can save your customized layouts to use again later.

To begin customizing a form, go to the Setup menu and select one of the following form types:

checks

■

paychecks

■

receipts

■	payment notifications

■

invoices

■	statements

■	purchase orders

■

pay stubs

■	mailing labels

After you select a form type, the Customize Forms window appears. Select a form from the list and click Customize. The Customize window appears. Use this window to customize the selected form.

Field Descriptions

[Form] Layout

Select the form layout you want to customize. This field appears only if you are customizing an invoice, statement or purchase order.

Form to Customize

Select the form layout that you want to customize.

Cancel

Click to close the window.

Customize

Click to open the Customize window where you can customize the selected form.

Preview section

A preview of the form is displayed in the right section of the window.
