Edit Category window
The Edit Category window allows you to add, change or remove categories in your company file.
Field Descriptions
Category ID
Enter or edit the alphanumeric ID you assign to the category.
Category Name
Enter or edit the name you assign to the category.
Description
Enter or edit a description of the category.
Inactive Category
Select this option if you do not want this category to appear in the Select from List window when you assign a transaction to a category.
New
Click New to create a new category.
OK
Click OK to save the category.
