For example, when you need to select a customer for a sale, the Select From List window displays a list of your customers. Or if you need to select an item on an invoice, the Select From List window displays a list of your items.
Field Descriptions
Some Select from List windows include a Look for search field. Type the first few letters of the record you are looking for to skip to these records.
Some Select from List windows have the Easy-Add feature. If you type an entry in the Look for field that is not in the list, click Easy-Add to automatically add the entry to your company file. Later, you can enter additional information to complete the entry. For example, if you want to complete a sale for a new customer quickly, you can add their name using Easy-Add, and then go back and complete their other card details later.
