Advanced Filters window—Find Transactions

The Advanced Filters window (Find Transactions) enables you to set specific search criteria for sorting the transactions you want to view.

Field Descriptions

Search By

Select a Search By value relevant to the tab you are viewing and make a selection in the adjacent field (if one appears).

Dated From/To

Enter a date range for the transactions you want to view. Note that this field does not appear if you chose to search an individual invoice, purchase order or item.

Employee

This field appears only if you’re viewing the Payroll Categories tab. Select the employee whose transactions you want to view.

Sorted By

You can choose to sort the transactions by date or by ID number.

Source Journal

Select the journal you want to view, or view entries in all journals.

ID From/To

Enter an ID range if you want to display transactions by ID.

Amount From/To

Enter an amount range if you want to display transactions within a certain value.

Memo/Payee

If you know all or part of the memo text, or the payee name for a transaction you want to view, enter that text here.

Cancel

Click to close the window without applying your changes.

OK

Click to apply your search criteria to the Find Transactions window list.
