The Currency Calculator window allows you to calculate either the exchange rate or a currency amount when entering multicurrency transactions. If you enter two of the following components:For example, if you have $100 and you enter the exchange rate for British pounds as 1.44, the Currency Calculator will calculate the value of your currency in British pounds—in this case, £69.44.If you don't know the transaction exchange rate, enter amounts in the Amount in Foreign Currency and Amount in Local Currency fields and click Calculate.If you don't know the foreign currency amount, enter amounts in the Transaction Exchange Rate and Amount in Local Currency fields and click Calculate.If you don't know the local currency amount, enter amounts in the Transaction Exchange Rate and Amount in Foreign Currency fields and click Calculate.Enter amounts in two of the fields and click Calculate next to the blank field.If you click Copy & Close, the amount in the selected field will be copied to the Clipboard, then the Currency Calculator window will close. Using the Paste command in the Edit menu (or by pressing Ctrl + v), you can paste the amount into data entry fields for a transaction.
