You can only purge an activity slip if the invoice on which it was billed has already been purged. Also, if you include activity slip hours on timesheets, you can only purge an activity slip if the timesheet on which it was included has already been purged.
Before you purge information, ensure that you have printed all reports that you want to keep that include the information you plan to purge. For example, you may want to print the Activity Slip [Activity Summary] report, on which you can include whatever information you need about the activity slips you’re about to purge.
