The History view of the Activity Information enables you to enter sales history for the activity selected in the Profile tab. You can enter sales and cost of sales information for past fiscal years and the current fiscal year. This view of the window is available for chargeable activities only.
This section of the window displays the fiscal years for which you’re viewing history information. Click the left zoom arrow to view activity history information for a previous fiscal year. You can enter activity history information for up to five previous fiscal years.
This column displays the total units sold in each month of the selected fiscal year. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total number of units sold for the fiscal year.
This column displays the total sales amount in each month of the selected fiscal year. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total sales amount for the fiscal year.
This column displays the total cost of sales amount for this activity in each month of the selected fiscal year. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total cost of sales amount for the fiscal year.
