Save As window (Customized Forms)

If you have created a customized form that you want to use again, enter a name and description for the form, then click Save As. The form will be saved to your forms folder for future use.

When you want to use the form again, select it in the Advanced Filters window when you are preparing to print this form type.

Field Descriptions

Form File Name

Enter a name for the custom form layout. You can use up to eight characters for the layout name.

Description

If you want to, enter a description of the custom form.

Cancel

Click to close the Save As window. The custom form layout won’t be saved.

OK

Click to save the custom form layout and close the Save As window.
