In this step, enter the default buying details for your vendor. The details you enter here will appear when you create new records for your vendors and will be used when recording purchases. If required, you can change these details on each vendor’s card and on each purchase transaction.
Enter the credit limit that vendors usually set for you. If you do specify a credit limit, a warning will be displayed when the purchase you want to record will exceed your credit limit. As with most buying details, the amount can be changed for individual vendors at any time.
