Purchases Easy Setup Assistant—Choose purchase layoutEach time you enter a purchase, you can choose from four layouts. In this step, you need to choose the layout that you think you’ll use most often. The layout you select in this window will become the default option in all new vendor cards that you create. You can choose another format on the vendor’s card or when recording a purchase.If most of your purchases are for professional services, select Professional. This layout is similar to the service layout, but it enables you to specify a date on each line item on your purchase order.
