Each time you enter a sale, you can choose from six layouts. In this step, select the layout that you think you’ll use most often. The layout you choose will be the default selection for all new customer cards that you create. When you create a new card, or enter a sales transaction, you can choose another layout.
If you want to use the Time Billing feature to bill customers for time-based activities like hourly consulting, use select Time Billing. You should also use Time Billing if you want to bill customers for both time-based activities and items on one invoice.
