Customer Reimbursable Expenses window—Reimbursed/Removed view

The Reimbursed/Removed view of the Customer Reimbursable Expenses window enables you to see the expenses that have been reimbursed on invoices or have been removed.

Field Descriptions

To Be Reimbursed tab

If you want to view a list of the reimbursable expenses that have not been added to an invoice, click the To Be Reimbursed tab.

Vendor column

The name of the vendor with whom you recorded the expense.

Description column

The description of the reimbursable expense. If you want to view more details about the expense, click the zoom arrow.

Date column

The date of the expense.

Job column

The job number that was recorded on the purchase or payment.

Cost column

The amount of the expense.

Customer

The customer card that the job has been linked to. Click the zoom arrow to view more details about the customer.

Print

If you want to print the Customer Reimbursable Expenses report, click Print.

Markup

This button is only active when the To Be Reimbursed view of this window is displayed.

OK / Cancel

Click either button to close the window.
