Customer Reimbursable Expenses window—To Be Reimbursed view

The To Be Reimbursed view of the Customer Reimbursable Expenses window enables you to view the reimbursable expenses that have not been reimbursed on an invoice.

Field Descriptions

Reimbursed/Removed tab

If you want to view the reimbursable expenses that have already been reimbursed on an invoice or have been removed, click this tab.

Reimbursement Account

If you’re creating a service, professional or miscellaneous sale, type or select the income account you want to use on the invoice for the expenses that are being reimbursed.

Reimbursement Item

If you’re creating an item sale, type or select the item number you want to use on the invoice for the expenses that are being reimbursed.

Vendor column

The name of the vendor with whom you recorded the reimbursable expense.

Description column

A description of the reimbursable expense. Click the zoom arrow to view more details about the expense.

Date column

The date of the expense.

Job column

The job number that was recorded on the purchase or payment.

Cost column

The amount of the reimbursable expense.

Select (Reimburse) column

For each expense you want to reimburse, click in this column. If you want to select all expenses, click the select icon.

Reimbursable column

Type the amount you want to be reimbursed for each expense. If you want to calculate the markup, click Markup.

Customer

The customer card that the job has been linked to. Click the zoom arrow to view more details about the customer.

Print

If you want to print the Customer Reimbursable Expenses report, click Print.

Markup

If you want to mark up the reimbursement amount of the expenses you have selected, or for all items, click Markup.

Reimburse

If you want to add the expenses that are selected in the list to an invoice, click Reimburse.

Cancel

If you don’t want to close the window without adding the selected expenses to an invoice, click Cancel.
