The Job Budgets by Account window allows you to enter or view budget amounts, by account, for every detail job in your company file. The budget information you enter for a job is used in the Analyze Jobs window to help you assess your progress on a particular job and to determine the job's effect on the state of your business.Enter the number of the detail job whose budgets you want to enter or view or click the search icon and choose the job from the list. You can click the zoom arrow next to this field to open the Edit Job window.The number and name of each of your income, cost of sales, expense, other income and other expense accounts appear in these columns.Enter budgets for the job, by account. Any budgets you’ve entered previously appear in this column. You can also change budget amounts in this window, if you want to.
