Sign-on window

The Sign-on window enables you to enter your user ID and password to open the company file you selected.

Field Descriptions

User ID

Type your user ID to log on to the company file. If you are the administrator, type Administrator.

Password

If a password has been set for the user ID, type it in this field.

AccountEdge Network Edition users: File Access

Select whether you require single-user or multi-user access to the file:

■	Multi-user Access: If you want other users to be able to use the company file while you're using it, select this option.

■	Single-user Access: If you will be the only user accessing the company file, or you need to perform tasks that require you to have exclusive access to the company file (such as importing and exporting), select this option.

Change Password

If you want to password protect the user ID or change the password that is already assigned to the ID, click Change Password.

Cancel

If you want to open another company file, click Cancel.

OK

If you want to open the company file with the user ID and password you have entered, click OK.
