Linked Employees window—Deductions This window enables you to select which employees will have the selected deduction included in their pay. Field Descriptions Select column Click in this column next to each employee you want to assign this deduction to. Employees column Displays the names of all your employees. Card ID column The card ID for each employee is displayed in this column. OK button Click to save your changes and close the window.
