Summary Trial Balance report

For each selected account, this report displays the account balance at the beginning of the specified period, the total debits and credits during the period, the net activity during the period, and the account balance at the end of the period.

To make sure all accounts are included, select the Include $0.00 Balances option in the Report Customisation window.

This report displays one line for each account. If you want to include a list of all transactions assigned to each account, display the Trial Balance [Detail] report.

tip : To make sure the report includes all of your financial information for the month, enter the first day and last day of the month in the Date Range fields and generate the report for all accounts.
