The Export Data window enables you to select the data that you want to export from your company file.
The Export Data window enables you to select the data that you want to export from your company file.This column displays the fields that will be exported. You can add and remove fields from this list by clicking the field names in the AccountEdge Fields column.This column displays all the fields that can be exported from your company file that are relevant to the type of data you are exporting.To export a field, click its name; the name will appear in the Export Fields column. If you want to remove a field from the Export Fields column, click the field’s name in this column.
■ This column displays the order in which fields will be exported. For example, if Field 1 appears next to the Account Number field, the Account Number field will be the first field that’s exported.If you want to export all of the fields that are listed in the Accounting Plus Fields column, click Match All.To export the data, click Export. A dialog box will appear, in which you need to specify the name and location of the export file that will be created.
