To Do List window—Discounts view

This view of the To Do List window lists the open bills for which you can still receive early payment discounts from the vendors.

Field Descriptions

Name column

This column lists the vendors who are offering the early payment discounts. If you want to pay a bill, click the zoom arrow next to the vendor’s name.

Due column

This column displays the number of days remaining until the discount expires.

P.O. # column

This column displays the ID of the transactions for which you are still entitled to early payment discounts.

Due Date column

This column displays the expiration date of the discounts. This date is based on the discount credit terms on the bill.

Balance Due column

This column displays the amount remaining to be paid on the bill.

Select (to Pay Bills) column

If you want to pay several bills in the list, click in this column next to the transactions, and then click Pay Bills. If you want to select all bills in the list, click the icon at the top of the column.

Print

If you want to print the To Do List—Expiring Discounts report, click Print.

Pay Bills

If you want to pay the selected bills, click this button. You will be prompted to enter a date for the payments.

Close

If you want to close this window, click Close.
