Business Insights enables you to display information about the profit, turnover and operating balances of your business. In this window, select the financial periods that you would like to check and compare. Note that for the current financial year, year-to-date (YTD) amounts are shown.
If you want to include 13th period amounts, select the Include 13th period values in the analysis option.
click Next to proceed through the windows and view financial information in order, or
Click Close to exit.
Click Print in any window (except the Introduction window) to print a report of the amounts displayed.
Accounts Payable. The total amount of the linked accounts payable accounts, including foreign currency payables accounts and the associated foreign exchange accounts.
Accounts Receivable. The total amount of the linked receivables account, and the linked account for foreign currency receivables and the corresponding exchange accounts.
Inventory. The total of the asset accounts used to track inventory, including inventory accounts linked to items.
Sales. Amounts recorded in sales income accounts.
Total Cost of Sales. The total amount of all accounts listed with the account type Cost of Sales.
Total Current Assets. The total of the accounts with the account types of Bank, Accounts Receivable, Other Current Asset and Other Asset.
Total Current Liabilities. The total of the accounts with the account types of Credit Card, Accounts Payable, Other Current Liability and Other Liability.
Total Expenses. The total amount of all accounts listed with the account type Expense.
Total Income.The total amount of all accounts with the account type Income.
Total Other Expenses. The total amount of all accounts listed with the account type Other Expense.
Total Other Income. The total amount of all accounts listed with the account type Other Income.
