Set Up T4 Forms window

The Set Up T4 Forms window enables you to enter amounts in the special-purpose boxes on T4 forms.

Field Descriptions

Name & Address

This field displays the name and address of your business. If you want to edit this information, click the zoom arrow next to the field.

Employer ID# or BN

This field displays your employer identification number or your business number, as it’s entered in the Business Number field of the Company Information window.

T4 Boxes

The T4 Boxes listed in the left side of the window correspond to boxes on Form T4. If your company must provide T4 information, select the appropriate box and then use the Select Categories list to choose the wage and deduction categories that should appear in that box.

Select Categories

Select the payroll categories for which amounts will appear in a selected box.

OK

Click to save your changes. The T4 Preparer window will appear, where you can finalize and print the individual T4 forms you set up.
