The list in the left side of the window shows selected boxes on T4 form that contain wage and deduction information that must be supplied by employers. If your company uses any of the boxes listed on the left, you can select a box name in this list and then choose wage and deduction categories listed on the right that should appear in the box on the T4 form. All other boxes on the T4 form are automatically included on the T4 form by Accounting Plus.
The list on the right side of the window enables you to select the wages and deductions whose amounts should be used in the box you selected in the list of T4 boxes in the left side of the window. All other boxes on the T4 form are automatically included on the T4 form by Accounting Plus.
