AccountEdge offers the user the ability to include a Pay Now link included in an invoice that will be emailed to their customers. This button will link your customer to a site where they are able to electronically pay the invoice received using a credit card.

note : Requirements

You must have an AccountEdge merchant account and an AccountEdge Connect subscription.

Your invoices are emailed to your customers from AccountEdge or AccountEdge Connect, then AccountEdge will update the A/R list in AccountEdge Connect. Once you have synced from AccountEdge to AccountEdge Connect, the open receivable list will also be synced.

note : First-time synchronization

When a company file is upgraded to AccountEdge 2016, the first sync will send the A/R to AccountEdge Connect.

When your customers receive the emailed invoice and click on Pay Now button, they are sent to a secure My Account page to make a payment using a credit card. Your customers will also have access to a list of their open and overdue invoices for payment. You can customize your My Account page with your logo and color scheme.

To setup Web Pay in AccountEdge

note : Requirements

You must have an AccountEdge merchant account and an AccountEdge Connect subscription.

1	Go to the Setup menu from any command center and select Web Pay then select Web Pay Setup. The Web Pay Setup assistant appears. Click Learn More for more information on how AccountEdge works with AccountEdge Connect.

2	Follow the online instructions through each step. After each step is complete, click Next to move forward.

3	Click Close when web pay setup is complete.

Your invoices emailed with Web Pay enabled can be sent from either AccountEdge or AccountEdge Connect.
