If you will be paying 1099 vendors and you will be using your MYOB software to track amounts paid, you need to set up a card for each vendor.
1 Create a vendor card, or open the card for an existing vendor you will be paying 1099 amounts. For more information, see Creating a vendor card.

3 Enter the vendor’s tax number in the Tax ID Number field.
