Starting a new fiscal year

This section describes the tasks you need to perform at the end of your fiscal year to prepare your company file for the coming year.

You don’t need to close your fiscal year at any particular time. You can continue to use your company file after the last month of your current fiscal year.

Complete the tasks listed below to close your fiscal year and start a new one.
