To view reminders

Go to the Card File command center and click Reminders. The Reminders window appears.
To create reminders

Go to the Card File command center and click Reminders. The Reminders window appears.

From the Name list, select the contact for whom you want to create a log entry, and click Use Card.

Click New. The Enter Reminder window appears.

Complete the detailed information in this window as described in the table below.
Select this option if you want to add a To Do entry in the Calendar To Do panel for this reminder.
Note that if you do not enter a date in Reminder Date field, the To Do entry will appear in Calendar Reminderson the date in the Date field.
To automatically create reminder entries

Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences window appears.

Click the Banking tab.

Click the Sales tab.

Click the Purchases tab.

Click OK to close the Preferences window.
