To access advanced import and export settings, click Settings in the Outlook Sync—Import and Export Options window.
AccountEdge cards exported to Outlook are by default updated or added to Outlook in the corresponding Customer, Vendor, Employee or Personal folders. These Outlook folders are created if they don’t already exist.
If you synchronize your Outlook contacts with a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), your contacts must be in the default Outlook Contacts folder. Select the Import and export all AccountEdge cards to the default contacts folder option if you want your AccountEdge cards exported to the default Outlook Contacts folder.
None, if you do not want to export the AccountEdge Custom Field to the Outlook Contact.
Categories, if you want the AccountEdge Custom Field added to Outlook’s Categories field. These values are comma-separated.
Anniversary, if you want the AccountEdge Custom Field mapped to Outlook’s Anniversary field. It will be exported only if it is a valid date. Only one Custom Field can be mapped to this Outlook field per export.
Birthday, if you want the AccountEdge Custom Field mapped to Outlook’s Birthday field. It will be exported only if it is a valid date. Only one Custom Field can be mapped to this Outlook field per export
Spouse, if you want the AccountEdge Custom Field mapped to Outlook’s Spouse Field. Only one Custom Field can be mapped to this Outlook field per export.
