New Features > Reminding all users on recurring transactions
A new option is available on recurring transactions allowing you the option to remind a specific user or all users about a pending recurring transaction.
To edit recurring schedule

Go to the Lists menu and select Recurring Transactions. The Recurring Transaction List window appears.

Select the recurring transaction you want to edit and click Edit Schedule. The Edit Recurring Schedule window appears.

If you want a reminder to appear to all users when the company file is opened, select Remind All Users to record this transaction__.
Select whether you want a reminder to appear on its due date or in a number of days in advance. If you don’t want to receive a reminder for all users, select Never.

Click Save.
